The French Connection Café & Lounge – Authentic New Orleans Flavors & Riverside Dining in Bullhead City

A delicious venue right next to the river. The menu really takes you back to New Orleans with seasoning, sauces, and an amazing vibe. I split the Cajun sliders, and shrimp tacos with friends. I also had a cup of their gumbo, the sangria mead(yes they have mead cocktails!), and a scoop of their vanilla ice cream. Seeing that they also have a breakfast and crepe menu, I had to come back the next day! So I came back the next morning for their Parisian Garden Breakfast. The waffle was light and flavorful! Overall portions are great, service outstanding and will highly recommend it for your next visit to Bullhead City!!

This was our first time trying The French Connection. The food was phenomenal. There was no wait and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly. The place was clean. We ordered the G.O.A.T. crepe, Cajun carnival gumbo cup, French burger on baguette, cajun spice burger on pretzel bun, and loaded waffle fries. The food was amazing. Though there were no refills on drinks. We ended up getting water which was free refills on top of our other drink orders. Service was a bit slow, but we were in no rush. The only little drawback one meal time was miss ordered and we had to get it fixed and one meal item was forgotten but the server promptly fixed the errors. We look forward to returning and it a refreshing hidden gem in our community.

Best place I've tried so far here. Ambiance, service and let's not mention the food.....the best. Im glad I found this place. We met the chef and hes the nicest guy. We ordered so much from the menu just for two, he nicked named us "six top" I truly recommend people to come and enjoy some of their tasty food, the GOAT crepe for sure with a glass of wine.

We had such a great lunch at the French Connection. A fun New Orleans feel atmosphere and music. We had the Cajun tacos and Chicken (bone in) and waffles. So so good. Jennifer was very helpful with our menu choices and the whole staff was very personable. The views of the river, palm trees and outside fireside seating is a bonus. Strongly recommend. It's always nice to support a new business. We will be back! Thank you for your service.

Had the Cresent City Haystack Omelette forgot a picture but it was so good ! Came back later to have a drink (old fashion ) perfectly made with a caujan taco n side of Cajun Carnival Gumbo Cup. Everything was so good . 10/10 for me . Must check it out !

My wife and I went here for the first time today and it was amazing! The atmosphere was great, service and food All great! Definitely will be coming back! N'awlins Chicken and Waffles with hot honey was bomb!

The service by Christina was incredible! The GOAT crepe was great, the side of spam was amazing and the breakfast burrito with fried cheese and magic sauce was excellent. First time here and we’ll be back!

The service was wonderful! We asked Jennifer for recommendations on appetizers, entrees, drinks, and dessert. She provided the perfect mix of recommendations and information on and drink that we were considering. Plus she was very personable. Every item we tried was delicious. We sat on the patio which was pleasant with lights and trees. A couple other tables were occupied but we had plenty of space between tables to enjoy an intimate dinner. Diners are allowed to smoke at the tables on the patio, which we're not used to, but it didn't interfere with our meal. They played jazz music at the perfect level so we could have a conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant, relaxing meal with friends or a loved one.
